DUBBELOP's Pauline Barendse and Jan Matthesius chose Abet Laminati POLARIS Noir Pol as the material for the serving dish used in the 2018 Bocuse D`or cooking competition.

The Dutch team used this unique handmade serving dish with stainless steel inlaid elements to present their dishes. The black and matte finish of the Polaris gives all the attention to the gastronomic masterpieces, prepared by chef Lars Drost of Ciel Bleu restaurant with the assistance of chef Mike Klaassen.
