Dear customer,

the situation is currently exceptional in the world because of the corona virus. New regulations such as isolation, movement restrictions and other measures are being announced almost daily. At the moment the situation is worrying, for example in Italy where some of our suppliers are located. We read in the news at the weekend that Italy is closing most of its production plants. According to information just received from Abet, their operations will be counted among those that are still allowed to keep their factories open. Production is still running with around 70% staff and office staff working remotely from home. So, at least for now, deliveries to our customers will continue almost as normal. If you have any potential orders that you can anticipate, now would be a good time to do so.

We at Lore will be available all the time. We may occasionally work remote days depending on the situation, so if you can't reach us at the office number, you can reach us on our personal mobile numbers and by email. We all hope that this current crisis and the uncertainty it brings will be resolved as soon as possible and that life can get back on track.
