ABET LAMINATI
ABET LAMINATI, located in Bra, Northern Italy, is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high pressure laminates. The company's collections and products have been pioneers in the industry for decades. ABET's collection and exhibition activities are carried out in collaboration with renowned designers such as Mario Bellini, Joe Colombo, Ettore Sottsassi and Alessandro Mendini.
ABET LAMINATI SPA was the first to develop laminate as a decorative material in the 1960s, using bright colours. Until then, laminate had mainly been used to imitate natural materials such as wood and stone. Laminate also started to be used in furniture in the 1960s.
In the 1970s, ABET introduced silk screen printing and art laminate. In the 80s, it was the turn of the translucent Diafos laminate. In the 90s, the MEG exterior laminate was developed using screen printing technology and has been used, for example, on the facades of the Groningen Art Museum.
In the 2000s, ABET has launched DigiPrint, a digitally applied decorative surface that offers unlimited design possibilities.
Lore has been the exclusive importer of ABET products in Finland since 1989 and in Estonia since 1999.
ABET high pressure laminates can be used for furniture, fixed furniture, worktops, wall constructions, partition walls and other applications where good wear resistance is required. In addition to the construction and carpentry industries, high pressure laminates are used in the shipbuilding and automotive industries.

FINISHES
The ABET collection has 34 different surface finishes, either pattern-specific or optional.
AVAILABILITY
We have about 150 different types of laminate in stock with a delivery time of 1-3 days.
Delivery time for factory stock laminates is about 2-3 weeks and for those coming from production usually about 4 - 7 weeks. For "special laminates", the delivery time will be checked separately.
M1 -CLASSIFICATION
PRINT HPL high pressure laminates and PRINT HPL Stratificato laminates manufactured by Abet Laminati have undergone and passed long term and thorough testing in an approved testing laboratory.
Indoor air quality is always the sum of many factors, whether in an office building, a hotel or a nursery, and using M1-rated Abet high pressure laminates helps to manage this.
ABET PRINT INSTRUCTIONS
Labgrade Plus
The Labgrade Plus range features a new type of acrylic surface that combines a soft touch, tough wear resistance and good technical properties for different applications. Labgrade Plus is an evolution of the previous Labgrade range and is recommended for use where special resistance to harsh chemicals is required. The surface is completely non-toxic and chemically non-reactive.
The collection comes in four neutral shades:
763 - white
764 - black
765 - grey
766 - light speckled
Standard size 3660×1590 mm, thickness 8 - 20 mm, surface Skin.
MEG -exterior laminates
MEG exterior/exterior laminates are available in thicknesses from 2 to 18 mm in three different sheet sizes:
3050×1300 mm, 4200×1300 mm and 4200×1610 mm.
MEG complies with standard 438:2016 - 6 and is available in addition to the standard grade, e.g. as F1 fire-rated grade.
(B-s1, d0) or with your own pattern (Abet Digital).
The collection comes in 98 shades with standard finishes per series: monochrome, wood composites, concrete and metal.
Polaris

Abet's LAMISHIELD is a response to the growing demand for materials that reduce the risk of infection and the spread of disease-causing bacteria. LAMISHIELD uses BioCote® silver ion-based technology to provide long-lasting, complete and proven protection against bacteria.
